Great stay, just a bit noisy

The room was super clean and comfy! Bed was nice, and I loved having a full fridge and stove for some meals. The nearby dining spot had some tasty breakfast options too. Only issue was some hallway noise that kept me up a little.

Had a great time with friends at this hotel! Close to awesome spots like USF Baseball Stadium and Varsity Tennis Courts. The rooms had 37-inch LCD TVs, making for a relaxing evening. Staff was friendly, always ready to help and made our stay enjoyable.

However, the cleanliness of the suite was disappointing. There were stains everywhere, from the carpet to the couch, which definitely took away from the experience.

I had a nice stay here and really appreciated the spacious kitchen and comfy queen bed. The outdoor pool was relaxing and a great spot to unwind after a long day. The only bummer was the bathroom could use a little TLC, but overall it was a decent experience! 😊

The full kitchen was a game changer for us! Made it so easy to cook meals during our stay. The room itself was clean but the parking situation was a bit of a hassle at night.

This place was a good match for a transient stop in Tampa with exceptional value. The free breakfast had fresh waffles that were a great surprise! Be sure to arrive on time for check-in as they stick to the schedule.

Parking can feel limited and poorly lit, potentially raising safety concerns for solo travelers. The elevator was out of order, which means dragging luggage up three flights—definitely a workout. Hallways need attention. they come off a bit dingy with debris scattered around. Plus, some furnishings appeared a touch institutional, lacking warmth and character.

i had a pleasant stay at mainstay suites. the location is convenient with many restaurants and shopping nearby. my room was clean, and i appreciated having a coffee maker. the morning staff was excellent, making my breakfast experience enjoyable.
